What the Calibration Procedure Covers
A Coriolis flow meter calibration procedure is more than a zero check. On our certified bench loops the procedure includes sensor zero adjustment, multi point flow calibration, density verification, and temperature compensation. First we stabilize the meter at operating temperature. Then we run the meter at 5 flow points from 10 percent to 100 percent of the requested range. Each flow point is repeated three times.
